Since her first visit in
1990 and the decision to relocate to Anguilla with her
husband Terry Brady in 1999, Ms Goddard wanted to find
ways to give back to the community that welcomed them
from the beginning. With an established customer
satisfaction measurement and management consulting
business serving primarily international corporate
clients sharing her expertise in managing service
quality to maximize customer loyalty and financial
results found a natural fit in the ACOCI vision for the
Anguilla business community. Since 2004, Ms Goddard has
conducted the Annual Anguilla Business Survey,
facilitated general meetings, held customer satisfaction
and service quality seminars and created the monthly
