Executive Director:

Mr. Calvin Bartlett

Prior to assuming responsibilities as the Executive Director for the Chamber, Mr. Bartlett served in a distinguished military career in the Netherlands  After reaching the highest rank in his category (Adjutant Treasurer of the special administrative services), he retired from the  Dutch Army and chose to return to his home in Anguilla. Bartlett, who has received several awards for his involvement in administrative reorganization plans within the Army as well as in the private sector, took this opportunity to assist his son and daughter-in-law at their resort in St. Maarten – where,as  restaurant manager, Bartlett successfully transformed and repositioned the  restaurant that is now widely known for it’s very quaint and unique ambiance. When the then Chamber president met and invited Mr. Bartlett to consider the position responsible for Chamber operations, it provided the perfect opportunity to combine his experience and patriotic desire to make a contribution to his homeland, Anguilla.

Since her first visit in 1990 and the decision to relocate to Anguilla with her husband Terry Brady in 1999, Ms Goddard wanted to find ways to give back to the community that welcomed them from the beginning. With an established customer satisfaction measurement and management consulting business serving primarily international corporate clients – sharing her expertise in managing service quality to maximize customer loyalty and financial results found a natural fit in the ACOCI vision for the Anguilla business community. Since 2004, Ms Goddard has conducted the Annual Anguilla Business Survey, facilitated general meetings, held customer satisfaction and service quality seminars – and created the monthly newsletter for the Chamber.
